What does my registration fee cover?

Who is hosting this trip?

Who's allowed to join?

Adults 18 years and older who are interested in faith-based adventure, fellowship and training. No kids allowed.
Where is the ILS Summit located?

At the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Check their website for more details. www.thiisILS.org
What hotel will we be staying at?
-
For security reasons, the hotel will be disclosed after you pay your registration fee. It is a 4-star hotel located 15-minutes from the ILS Summit. You'll have the choice of booking a 1-king bed suite for 1 to 2 guests, or a 2-queen bed suite for 2 to 4 guests.
How will be be getting around?

We have booked a shuttle service for all our planned itinerary that week.
Can I setup a payment arrangement?

Yes you can! Once you pay your non-refundable registration fee. You will receive an email with a link to book the rest of your vacation and choose your payment method.
How can I book the same flight as the group?
The Philly group will be departing from Philadelphia, PA on Monday, May 1st. To guarantee you are on the same flight as the group, purchase your airfare when booking your hotel room. This will help our travel agent to organize everyone's schedule and payment.
Be prepared to pay approximately $450 for roundtrip flight with American Airlines.
Note: you do not have to fly with the group, you can book your own airfare. If you book your own airfare, you may forfeit riding the shuttle with the group to/from the airport to the hotel, you will have to find your own fare. Airfare includes one (1) free carry on. You must pay for your own checked baggage online or at airport ($60 each way).

Can I get my money back if I cancel?
